Location
The Palais des congrès de Montréal is a convention centre located in the Quartier international de Montréal at the north end of Old Montreal in Montreal’s borough of Ville-Marie.
The Palais was constructed above the Ville-Marie Expressway, the main underground highway of downtown Montreal. It connects to the Montreal Metro at Place-d’Armes station and to Montreal’s underground city.

Getting to the event
From the Trudeau International Airport in Dorval
Air travelers should fly into Trudeau International Airport in Dorval, which is about 20 minutes by car from downtown Montréal.Taxi
A taxi from the airport to downtown is $40.00.Public Transportation
The 747 is a special bus line that take you from the airport to downtown in about 35-40 minutes. The fare is 10$ (only coins, no bills) and offers unlimited travel throughout STM bus and métro networks for 24 consecutive hours. More information on the STM website.Train or Bus
If your train is going to Windsor Station, once you are out, look for the STM Metro station called Bonaventure and take the metro (towards Montmorency station) to the Place d’Armes station. Stay inside and follow the directions to the Palais des Congrès, about 2 minutes.

Please note that public transportation will be free for specific Metro station this summer. The stations that will be free during weekends and holidays are: Saint-Laurent, Place-des-Arts, McGill, Peel, Champ-de-Mars, Place-d’Armes (Palais des Congrès) and Berri-UQAM.
